The Growth Door ("we", "our", "us") provides digital marketing services and operates a customer communication service built on the WhatsApp Business Platform (operated by Meta Platforms, Inc.). This policy explains what information we process when businesses and their customers communicate with us through WhatsApp and our messaging tools, and how that information is used.

1. Information we process

• Contact details: your name and WhatsApp phone number, as provided by WhatsApp when you message a business number connected to our service.
• Message content: the text, images, documents, and other content you send in WhatsApp conversations with businesses using our service, and the replies sent to you.
• Conversation metadata: timestamps, delivery/read status, and internal notes, labels, and assignments that the business team adds to manage your enquiry.

We do not collect passwords, payment card details, or government identification through this service.

2. How we use the information

• To receive, respond to, and follow up on your enquiries (for example, class bookings, price quotes, and service requests).
• To assign your conversation to the right team member and track it until it is resolved.
• To send you messages you have requested or agreed to receive, such as reminders and follow-ups, through WhatsApp message templates approved by Meta.
• To improve our customer service quality.

We do not sell your personal information to anyone, and we do not use your messages for advertising profiling.

3. Where the information is stored

Conversations are processed through the WhatsApp Business Platform (Meta) and stored on private servers controlled by The Growth Door for the business you are communicating with. Access is limited to authorised team members of that business.

4. Sharing

Your information is shared only with: (a) Meta Platforms, Inc., as the operator of WhatsApp, under Meta's own terms and privacy policy; and (b) the specific business you contacted, whose team handles your conversation. We do not share your information with other third parties except where required by law.

5. Retention

Conversation records are kept for as long as needed to serve you and to maintain business records, and are deleted on request as described below.

6. Your choices and rights

• You may stop receiving messages at any time by replying "STOP" in the WhatsApp conversation or by blocking the business number.
• You may ask us to access, correct, or delete your conversation data by contacting us at the email below. We will respond within 30 days.

7. Children

This service is intended for business communication and is not directed at children under 13.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version will always be available at this page, with the "Last updated" date revised accordingly.
