Terms of Service

These terms govern the use of the customer communication service operated by The Growth Door ("we", "our", "us") on the WhatsApp Business Platform. By connecting a WhatsApp Business number to our service, or by messaging a number connected to our service, you agree to these terms.

1. The service

We provide a shared team inbox and lead-management service that lets businesses receive, assign, and respond to WhatsApp enquiries from their customers, send approved notification and follow-up messages, and organise conversations using labels and automations. The service is built on the WhatsApp Business Platform operated by Meta Platforms, Inc., and your use of WhatsApp itself remains subject to WhatsApp's own terms and policies.

2. Acceptable use

• You will only send messages to people who have contacted your business or who have clearly opted in to receive messages from your business.
• You will not send spam, bulk unsolicited promotions, or misleading content, and you will comply with the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy and WhatsApp Commerce Policy at all times.
• You will honour opt-out requests ("STOP") promptly.
• You are responsible for the content of messages sent from your connected number and for having the rights and consents needed to send them.

3. Accounts and access

Each business receives its own separate account and inbox. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for activity under your account. Team members should only access conversations belonging to their own business.

4. Charges

Meta charges per-conversation/template fees for WhatsApp messaging under its published pricing; those charges are billed by Meta to the business's own payment method. Any service fee charged by The Growth Door is as separately agreed with the business in writing.

5. Availability

We work to keep the service available and reliable, but it depends on third-party platforms (including Meta/WhatsApp) and is provided "as is" without guarantees of uninterrupted availability. We are not responsible for outages or policy actions on Meta's platforms.

6. Content and data

Conversation data belongs to the business that collected it and its customers. We process it only to operate the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. On termination, a business may request export or deletion of its conversation data.

7. Termination

Either party may end the service at any time. We may suspend a connected number that violates these terms or WhatsApp's policies in order to protect the service and other users.

8. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the service fees paid to us for the month in which the claim arose.
